Vicky competed in the Light Weight Class, of
the "Adult Black Belt Traditional Patterns" and in the
"Adult Black Belt Sparring", where she came 4th in the
Traditional Patterns and 3rd in the Sparring.
Considering Vicky has only recently passed Black Belt
Grading, she has done extremely well.
<p>Vicky said, "I am pleased with my performance and happy
with with where I came in both the Traditional Patterns and
Sparring. I also know where I went wrong in the Patterns, so
it's something I can work on in training. In the Sparring though,
I knew I was in for a tough fight, as following my win in the
earlier round, I was drawn against the current World Champion,
in my weight class."</p>
"So to lose to her, makes losing a bit easier to take. But
now that I have Sparred with her, the next time I am drawn against
her, I won't show her so much respect as I did this time."
